Travelling with style XD

Every end-year holidays, My family will go for a holiday trip to many places. Some include Sydney,Perth,Thailand & USA. For the year 2008, we decided to go to Shen Zhen > Macau > Hong Kong.Talk about 3-in1,lol.

I went there for about 10 days, 17 Nov - 27 Nov 2008.
We first stop by Changi Airport to sit on another plane that will take us to Hong Kong, then from there we travel to Shen Zhen.I was lucy to see the new Terminal 3.I even get to test out the new FIFA 09 in 1 of the shops.Man it was great! In the game You can practice 1-on-1 with a goalie in Main Menu. XD

(Fast Forward to Next Day......)

Question #1 : When can you find in China THE place to see "rip-off"s of all the famous places in the world?

Answer # 1: Shen Zhen!!

You don't believe me? Fine...check this out. The place is called "Window of the World"

(According to the plaque...this is Kek Lok Si..lol)Compare it to the 1 on the right

Question # 2 : Where can you find all the rip-offs of China in one place?

Answer: Refer to answer # 1

This time, it's not "Window of China", but ironically : Chinese Cultural Village

School's over

Today was the last day of school, not many students came.Heck, all the girls in my class except Hemanandini came.

Nothing much really happen.Except cleaning up the class before we leave and saying a few good-byes here and there. Also, Pn.Au our Bio teacher is transfering from our school. She transferred mostly because of my class....we were always doing BAD stuff when she was teaching and it was no surprise she wants to leave.According to her "Alasan" section: "Budak India hadir kelas lewat;Budak Cina membuat bising di kelas" lol.

She's going to SMKBJ. XD

I also heard that Pn. Tan may be leaving next year, althought not officially annouced yet.She plans to retire soon.

Even Pn. Ananthi also is confirmed to change to another school. She teached me Moral last year and EST this year.Although she is quite a "hot-headed" teacher sometimes, she is quite good in the sense she is not bias, but she still have some enemies in the school mostly the students because her ways of disciplining the students are "different".But I can't blame her,she used to be from PFS.

Happy Holidays!

40 km expedition...

On a bright morning of 14 September 2008,I woke up with spirit...ah what the hell?I'm beginning to speak like Shakspeare....

So,I was going for a 40km expediton on the 14 September 2008.It ends on the next day.I actually did it last year but I stumbled in the end,so I decided to walk with Edvin and Liang Fu.At least this time we do need to do "perkhidmatan selama 2 jam" in any old folks home as we did it previously.

We started off from Wisma Pengakap and then went and pass by to several places.(order by checkpoints)

P.Ramlee House:

General Hospital:

Gurney Plaza

Island Plaza:

Botanical Gardens

Penang Hill:

Kek Lok Si:

Air Itam Dam:

1200 step temple("Cheng Ji Chan"):

Paya Terubong:

(End point:Tester's House)

Hmm..so places I found some places quite interesting.

One of the places we go is Penang Hill.Man..the road there is so windy and steep. It tooks alot of us to get up there. What's worse, halfway through there's was a slight rain and it hampered out time to reach there.

When we reached there, there wasn't any people..cause it's 8.00 p.m.And besides the train wasn't working so not many visitors will come except the senior citizen who regularly hike up there.
We also camped there.

Kek Lok Si-Air Itam Dam-1200 Step Temple

Oh my goodness was like near the edge of hell....it was really a tiring hike up a slow but steep gradient.Going to Kek Lok Si was cake but going to AIr Itam Dam was the bitter gourd.A whole 1 hour hike and not a single body of water in sight...we sometimes doubted oursleves and wondered whether we took a wrong route. But at last we did reach there.

Then,it worsen. From Air Itam Dam to 1200 step temple was bloody tiring. The road is so windy and steep it rivals those during we hike to Penang Hill.Sometimes we even took our unform out cause we're so wet with our sweats dripping all over our body.

Log Book Time:

Our tester Wong Soon Lee gave us a month to do.Initially I did half way then I gave all the info and a sample to Edvin Saw to refer.

After 3 weeks and 1 week more before the final date...he never even touched the maps.I quickly ask him to give it all to me to finish it all and I took 4-5 days to complete the 66 pages thick log book.

Some random pics I took during the expedition:

THAT'S ALL FOLKS!!
Do pray i can complete my 5 AKPN badges!!

Sore losers No.2

I played someone in facebook scrabble and my oh my this "AH" is worst than the previous one.

It happened because there was a glitch and I got a "Z" and "X"again ...after I put ZAX.That person said I cheated and said the least I could do is exchange, but hello??!there's less than 7 tiles left, how the heck do i exchange?

He then said I should have told him earlier...i was about to tell him but then he keep on critising me and saying me cheat. He even said the "ERECTLY" was a cheat. That was a lucky shot.I tried only and it was valid.I even offered to rematch but he declined sarcasticlly, screw him then I continue playing with other people.

BTW,that person's profile name is "MATTHEW P."

wonder that P stand for what? Pussy?Prick?

Today

Cik Furziah came to our class and asked me and Wei Lun to give some tips to the form 3 students to score well in their PMR.

Naturally Wei Lun start 1st since he "PPK" the day when the top students went to the stage and tell the whole school how to score well.

After that it was me.I had nothing much to say since this was kind impromptu. Some students asked how to score Sejarah and Maths.I just told them to do lots of exercises for each of the subjects.I even told them to force themselves to love sejarah cause I know how much sejarah can be a pain in the a*r*s*e....someone even asked how to study all 7 subjects with 4 days left as he did not study all year...lol...his a prefect btw..

Went to physics today*...nothing much happened except that the class had a blackout for 2 times.Kabian's new Ferrari Edition Motorola V6 was bloody cool! The camera has a flashlight and he used it during the blackout to play around. The light was really bright I could swear most of us was nearly blinded by it!

*and I saw her...
